Dark Roasted Curry powders are synonymous with Sri Lanka, and have a more intense flavour than the unroasted version, which means it can stand up to the flavours of meat dishes. It's often sprinkled at the end of cooking to add a fragrant finish . The process for making our Larich Dark Roasted Curry Powder is started by combining all the fragrant, fresh spices. We then roast the spices on a medium-low flame until the spices change colour, the curry leaves become dry, the mustard seeds to start to pop and you get a glorious, rich aroma.
Ingredients
We blend Coriander, Fennel, Cumin, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Curry Leaves, Nutmeg, Red Rice, Chilli, Cardamon, Cloves, Rampe and Mustard Seeds.
Using only natural ingredients and no preservatives or additives.
