Mix for Yellow Rice

Place one cup (150g) of rice in the rice cooker or pan. Pour the usual quantity of water add medium thick coconut milk. Add 3 crushed cardamoms and two to three table spoons of this Mix. Stir well and cook. Garnish with fried onions sultans and cashews. Ready to serve
